Raptors Coverage: Dec 10, Denver

Game 23- Denver (L 123-116)
Watched whole game
An absolute shoot-out. Fun, yet awful to watch. No basketball strategy was employed in the playing of this game as both teams jacked up shots all night. Barbosa is one of the best at indiscriminate shooting in the league so he excelled with 8 for 12 and 22 points. Kleiza was also out to ruin his old coach George Karl’s quest for 1000 total wins. Kleiza had a season-high 26 off the bench, but a combined 48 bench points from him and Blur were not enough. As good as the Raps bench was, Al Harrington came off the Denver bench for a quiet 31 points. The Raptors forget about defense just a little, becoming accustomed to a running, scrimmage-style game. Nene punished Bargs down low all night long for 26 and 6 boards. Karl joins an elite club with just 7 total coaches to reach the #1000 mark, and he did it without Melo (or Iverson for that matter). Another loss in the books for the Raps who are now down 4 straight and are headed out on the road.
 "Has it been that long?"
